Moving In
So closing on our new house went fine. The movers got all of our stuff in, and now we are unpacking all the boxes. It is amazing how much stuff we have. I can see some of the stuff either donated or trashed. Yesterday we had the telephone, cable, and internet connections installed. On Daniel Island everyone has fiber running to their house. After a few quick speed test I am getting over 3 megs downstream and about 2.9 meg upstream for my internet connection. A lot better than what I had with Adelphia in VA. Let's hope it stays that way. The kids started in their new school today. They seem to like it so far. Well, I guess it is time to unpack another box. At this rate we will be done sometime this summer.

Btw, who's your Broadband provider?
It is a local company here on Daniel Island called Home Telecom. They provide cable, telephone, and internet to your house. I have only had the service for a week, but I am happy so far.
We moved into our Condo in October, and still have boxes sitting around. We came from a 1br apartment. You'll never empty all the boxes; you'll just hide them in a closet. :)
Well, everything is unpacked now except for the garage. I need to get some stuff to get things hung on the walls in there. I hope to start on that next week. Osman, congrats on your new place.
